Caveat
A commitment through 2031 and a fleet target for 2032 are contract terms, not deliveries. Deployment is scheduled to begin December 2026 at Herzogenaurach with a six-month validation at Schweinfurt.
Nothing is deployed today, and validation is the stage where these programmes usually stop. Schaeffler is simultaneously an investor in the July 2026 Series A and the committed actuator supplier and the first customer, which means the agreement's terms are not arm's length and should not be read as third-party validation of the product.
A USD 1.35bn post-money on USD 270m raised, with no deployed fleet, is a valuation on the agreement rather than on revenue.
